Before you drive
A valid MOT confirms the vehicle passed its most recent test; it does not guarantee its condition today. Always review MOT advisories, service history, tyres, brakes and warning lights before relying on a vehicle.
Taxed vehicles may be driven on the road, while SORN vehicles must be kept off the public highway. If the record shows the vehicle is untaxed, arrange tax before driving it.
